I meant to tell you...I saw that you did the Abs Diet and was curious about it. (I have about 6 pounds to go of Baby Weight...although I'm convinced when I reach "the number", I still won't look the same!) Anyway, I looked it up, and it wouldn't let me see any details about the diet. So I signed up for the 7 Day Free Trial and am so impressed with the principles of it. It's a lot like Body for Life, but easier to follow (I think.) Anyway, did you follow it to a "T"? I LOVE strength training, and I love the fact that he's big on that. Anyway, I'm going to the grocery store tonight to get stocked up on Power Foods. haha. I swear I will NOT gain 53 pounds with my next pregnancy! I don't even know how it happened the first time. I'm not beating myself up, though, b/c even thought it's coming off verrrrryyyy slowly, it's coming off! Haha. Anyway, if you have time, let me know about your experience. =)And thanks for the tip...it was just what I needed to get motivated. I didn't want to do BFL again, so having a new "plan" makes me excited. I'm a dork. I've been printing out articles and meal plans for the past hour.
PS - LOVE how I capitalized "Baby Weight"...haha. It really has been a significant struggle, enough to warrant capitalization. Haha.
that's great! I have a lot of friends doing the P90X. I hear it's great! And yes...I'm sure you will...isn't that how it goes? Haha. I'm just going to KEEP working out next time and not stop 4 months in! THAT was my problem. ;)
